Dear anonymous poster,
The Jesus quotient is easy to calculate. If Jesus mugged a tourist in Harvard Square and was then apprehended by the authorities and placed in a line of men fitting his description - a lineup of which I was a member - the jesus quotient can be calculated by dividing the number of times I would be identified by the victim by the number of times Jesus would be identified.
In short, it is a measure of how broadly similar to Jesus a man looks. A JQ of 0.00 indicates no similarity at all. A JQ greater than 1.0 indicates that the subject looks more like Jesus than Jesus himself.
